Group Fitness Instruction

   Kelly is an experienced group fitness instructor specializing in boxing, strength, and HIIT-style cardio. Kelly combines her experience as an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and knowledge of the human body and exercises to ensure everyone that attends her class gets their best workout, while learning proper form and ensuring safety. 


Leaning on Kelly's previous experiences, she commits her fitness instructing to helping others connect the benefits of exercise to manage their mental health, using fitness as a coping and self-discovery tool. Regardless of your background or struggles, everyone deserves access to tools that promote overall wellbeing in their lives.

Boxing Classes

 In Kelly's boxing classes, you can usually expect a mix of boxing training activities, such as jump rope, calisthenics, shadow boxing, footwork and ladder drills, partner drills, heavy bag and speed bag work, 1:1 pad work, and always a core strengthening abs finisher. 


Bring a pair of boxing gloves, and a positive attitude, and you're guaranteed to sweat it out!


Class Schedule:

Mondays 5:30pm - Last Round NYC

Tuesdays 8am - Last Round NYC

Thursdays 8am - Last Round NYC


Every Tuesday in August 6-7pm - Herald Square*

Every Thursday in September 6-7pm - Bryant Park*
