Kelly is an experienced group fitness instructor specializing in boxing, strength, and HIIT-style cardio. Kelly combines her experience as an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and knowledge of the human body and exercises to ensure everyone that attends her class gets their best workout, while learning proper form and ensuring safety.
Leaning on Kelly's previous experiences, she commits her fitness instructing to helping others connect the benefits of exercise to manage their mental health, using fitness as a coping and self-discovery tool. Regardless of your background or struggles, everyone deserves access to tools that promote overall wellbeing in their lives.

In Kelly's boxing classes, you can usually expect a mix of boxing training activities, such as jump rope, calisthenics, shadow boxing, footwork and ladder drills, partner drills, heavy bag and speed bag work, 1:1 pad work, and always a core strengthening abs finisher.
Bring a pair of boxing gloves, and a positive attitude, and you're guaranteed to sweat it out!

Taking Coach Kelly's boxing class is a rewarding experience that helps take you from a beginner with no punching experience to a seasoned boxer. She can give you the foundation and focus on fitness or grow you to sparring level and then step in the ring with you. She's controlled with every drill and creates a comforting yet challenging environment.

I’ve done almost every single workout in NYC and it’s hard for me to find challenging workouts, but I left the session feeling totally dead (in the best way). But her great training is not even the best thing about Kelly. After only meeting once, I texted her about not feeling happy with my body, and she reached out like a best friend would. She talked me through the toll social media has on our perceptions of ourselves, but she also walked through my routine and nutrition in depth until we came to a conclusion. Kelly is sweet but tough—everything a coach should embody.

Above all, she pushes you to be better than you were yesterday. You'll see continual growth as long as you show up willing to be challenged. She'll hop on the final set when you're ready to quit and give you the extra push to finish with her. Highly recommend coach. When I started working out at home instead of attending fitness classes I was nervous that I was going to hurt myself as a result of improper form. When I reached out to Kelly with my concerns, she developed an in person training session to coach me. She was able to correct my form during each exercise and made sure I felt confident in what I was doing so that I wouldn't hurt myself in the future. I wouldn't be as sore during my workouts (in a good way!) if she hadn't made sure I had proper form and gave me the tools to be more effective!
